7 Weeks to 7 Minutes: Now Sold Seperately!
Greetings,
This week's been going pretty decent for me, even though it started on a slow note after I messed up my trap/shoulder with some double KB clean & presses on last Sunday. Took me a bit to get healed up from that, but by Wednesday I was feeling okay and pretty much back to normal.
I spent a good part of Thanksgiving morning working on creating my "7 Weeks to 7 Minutes" running guide into a paperback edition & seperate download through Lulu.com.
Here is the direct link for purchasing this guide in either version:

The paperback is a bit more than the direct download, so it really is a matter of preference for what you desire. If you get the download, you can print the guide off yourself and get it, ASAP. (And you know I'm an ASAP-kind of guy!) Getting the paperback edition will take a few days to get to you, but then, you'll have a nice handy guide published professionally for you.
One of the main reasons I did this option was to get my message out to greater channels, as this guide is now available through Amazon.com by going this route!
This new option of publishing my book will also give my blog readers & training site visitors a lower price to obtain this information.
When I first launched this e-book, I made it as part of a larger package that is directed more towards other sports training needs, at http://rocketspeedtraining.com.
(It's still available there...don't worry!)
Now, this training guide is available as a stand-alone product and at an affordable rate, in-line on price with other running guides you see.
Right now, you can get the paperback edition for less than $16, and the direct download for less than $12...what other program can offer such solid training information on how to run faster for the Mile and for better fitness, for that low of a price?
Basically, I don't think you could find anything equal to it. For one, most running guides might mention the Mile and the 2-Mile distances for track, and have high mileage programs as 'sample programs' to do. But it will be lost in a shuffle of other training information, mainly for track training purposes.
No one really offers a 'short, sweet, and to the point' approach like I created with "7 Weeks to 7 Minutes". I give you direct paces & times to aim for, based on your current abilities and the goal paces you can incrementally shoot for. If you're close to an 8-minute mile time, I give you the plan to follow and the times to aim for in your intervals, so you can get that time down to an 8 minute pace for your efforts. I'll give you direct pace ranges to aim for in your 100m, 200m, 400m, and 800m intervals. This is what I call "DBIT", Distance Based Interval Training. You'll also learn how to incorporate my favorite interval workout patten, Tabata intervals, as well as adding some hill workouts to boost strength & stamina.
Yes, there are a small amount of pages in my book, but that's because I didn't want it so darn long and filled with fluff. Basically, I could have written all sorts of scientific jargon and talked all sorts of exercise physiology on why this type of training will help you get a faster mile time. But, what most runners want is the what, when, where, and why of a training program. What should they do, when should they do it, where do they run, and why they are doing things in such a way.
"7 Weeks to 7 Minutes" brings it to you, short & sweet, just like the workouts do.
No Fluff, No Fuss. Just Fast & Furious, Flyin' Workouts to do.
There are some other online resources that I mention, which you can tap into as well.
So, if you want short, sweet, and to the point strategies for your running, "7 Weeks to 7 Minutes" is your answer!
