A Tabata Wave...with Kettlebells

Greetings,

This morning's routine was kettlebell-only, sticking with a Clean & Press routine with 3 different kettlebells.  Here's how she went, in only 9 minutes total.

35# KB, Left side 20s, rest 10s, Right side 20s, rest 10s
40# KB, same as above
45# KB, same as above
40# KB, ditto
35# KB, ditto
40# KB, you get the picture...
45# KB, you see what I'm doing...
40# KB, going up or down 5# every minute...
35# KB, makes a great workout variation...

I'd get 5 reps per arm, per 20s period, on each set.
