More Triangle Work

Greetings,

I liked the efficiency of running the 'triangle' route in my town on last Tuesday & Thursday for my runs, so I went with another round of that today.

I kept it pretty simple, doing a Tabata style run with it, getting to the airplane corner at 3:30, then at the 4:00 mark, I was doing the full Tabata sprints (20s work, 10s coast x 8) all the way back home. This was all done in about 8 & 1/2 minutes, counting the short walk I had back home once the Tabata's were done.

Thursday probably looks to be the same kind of workout. I'm either going to have to get up eariler to do it, or I will be pushing it to Friday morning instead.
