Another Triangle Tabata

Greetings,

Today's AM Run was basically a hair over 8 minutes long.  I decided to run that triangle-like section of my town's streets, and did the following:

4 minutes easy
4 minutes of 20s race-pace effort, 10s coast

I basically had half a block left to walk, when I was on the return trip home.

Started this at 5:26 on my watch. Done at 5:34am.

Makes for a great, short, brief workout.  

I love the efficiency of Tabata's.
