Get Fitter in 7 Weeks...
Greetings,
"What do you WANT, or what do you really NEED? That is the Question."
That's the headline & beginning of my newest e-book training guide,

Quite simply, I created this guide for many reasons.
1. I'm simply tired of seeing tons of fitness & sports training self-proclaimed "Guru's" shoving this whole mentality that all it takes to get fit is to have a set of six-pack abs, 'sexy thighs', 'huge arms', and any other body part false-hope promise they market. Today's fitness/sports training world needs to get back to focusing on performance, not body appearances! "7 Weeks to 7 Minutes" gives you this 'back to basics' approach on improving performance. Better looks are a result of hard work, they should not be the main goal of working out for fitness & sports performance! Like I say in this guide, when talking about the issues of body appearances with young athletes:
"All I would have is a kid who’s focused more on how his abs look when the T-shirt is off, moreso than how he performs with the jersey on his back."
This nonsense needs to STOP and a mindset amongst fitness pro's and sports performance coaches needs to change, PRONTO. Quit touting the 'ripped' look to today's young athletes and start delivering them results! It's time to stop touting 'the look' as the main selling point of a program. I ain't promising sexy abs or huge arms in 7 weeks. I'm promising an improved fitness level, which is what counts in the end. No one cares how big your arms look when you lose a game, or turn in a terrible performance in a race!
2. This world today needs to get in REAL SHAPE, and in PERFORMANCE SHAPE. I'm tired of seeing dozens of workouts being touted as 'simple, easy, and fat-burning!'. I'm sorry, but fat-burning is HARD WORK, and you have to put some hard work into your workouts. Basically, get out of the fantasy world of light weights & cardio dance routines, and into the pure performance-based methods that runners & other athletes have used to get themselves in top-notch shape, all-around! Nothing can quite do this like solid track-based workouts can. "7 Weeks to 7 Minutes" will show you how.
3. "Aerobics" needs a new focus. Terms like "Cardio" get mixed up with the term "Aerobics" and both connotate the training methods of long/slow, steady-state exercise, which isn't appealing to a lot of people. "Cardio" and "Aerobic Exercise" seem to be BANNED from most coaching and training stances for athletics. I'm here to put a new spin on that, and say that the Aerobic energy system can be trained, via Anaerobic methods, to help out athletes of all walks, and those who simply enjoy working out for health purposes. I don't have a new name for "Aerobics" or "Cardio", but I try to shed light on its importance for all athletes and the general fitness population, and how new methods can help you improve it. A simple shift in focus on the Mile as the new performance standard can help change this mindset & outlook on traditional running.
4. There is no reason why today's kids have to be told they can WALK the mile in a P.E. fitness testing protocol. This is simply letting laziness creep into something that takes hard work. If more kids today could run a mile or more in adequate time, we wouldn't be having an obesity issue. Its time to get off the couch, and out on the track!
Those are just a handful of my thoughts on why I made this new guide.
Today, I have finalized the guide and put it into a large package of training guides, called the "Rocket Speed Training On A Budget System".
