More DBIT's
Greetings,
This morning's run was a mix of 2, distance-based interval plans per mile that I ran.
Here it goes:
2 minute jog to track
2 minute jog on the track (1 lap)
Race-Pace 100, Jog 200 x 5, with one more RP 100m at the end for 1600m total.
Immediately after that, I cruised into:
Jog 100m, Race-Pace 100m x 8 times.
Walk home for recovery.
This workout felt good, since the first mile wasn't really an all-out buster, and the 2nd mile of 100/100's let me let loose down the straightaways at a good clip.
All in all, a decent little spin to do at 5:40am in the morning.
Run Strong, Run Fast...
Run So As To Win!
