The GPS Approach to Training
Greetings,
I have a new article for you that I recently posted up on http://asapworkouts.com. The article all started with a facebook conversation on using GPS for running & triathlon training, between me and trainer Sarah Rippel, of http://fitprosarah.com.
The article is called "The GPS Approach to Training", and is found here:

In the article, I discuss how I first used GPS speed monitors as a coach, then in a private training business I worked for, then once again for coaching a cross-country team and track team.
I also touch on how I blended in the use of kettlebells into my own training and my athletes' training, right along with the use of GPS. These two unique strategies are blended into one great package of information at http://KettleBolics.com.
The article once again can be found at http://asapworkouts.com/GPSAT.pdf
