Another 5K on the way...

Greetings,

It was another Tabata Thursday on the docket for this morning's run.  I chose to do the following:

2 minute jog to track
2 minute jog on the track
4.5 minutes of 20s hard, 10s easy x 9
(usually its just 8, but I wanted to finish out with 3 full laps of Tabata intervals on the track)
2-3 minute walk/jog back home for recovery.

I also found out about another 5K race this weekend, in a town about 25 miles away. It's actually in my old college town, so I am looking forward to it.  I thought I had some other plans this weekend, but those plans are for the weekend after, which opens up this Saturday morning for a quick 3.1 mile spin to try.
