Get in the Express Lane!
Greetings,
Last night, I was working on a free-flowing project that I have had going through my head the past few weeks. it really hit me that I needed to write something about my experience of obtaining a personal best in a recent 5K race, doing so on just 3 workouts a week, at less than 10 miles per week of running. I wasn't sure if I'd have enough for an e-book, or just enough for an article, when I'd be done with this project. I ended up with a good-sized article for you to read, called "Express Lane: 10 Miles or Less".
You can read it here:

No workout report today from the track, as I've planned to do one on Sunday instead. My body is just too worn down for a hard & fast workout to do, if I expect a quality workout out of myself. 90+ degrees inside a body shop while cleaning 9 vehicles throughout a day can leave a person just a bit tired the next day.
Enjoy the article, and let me know your thoughts on it, I appreciate the comments from everyone who reads the blog!
