1, 2, 3...Done.

Greetings,

This morning called for a quick, quick workout today.  I have plans this evening and this morning was pretty much the only time I could squeeze in a run.  So, here's how it went down:

2 minutes jog to the track
2 minutes jog on the track

Jog 100m, Sprint 100m
Jog 200m, Sprint 200m
Jog 300m, Sprint 300m
(this took 5 minutes, done at 9 min. flat)

2 minute Jog home

Total workout time, 11 minutes.

Some mornings, a quick blasteroo is all you have time for.
