Attack the Twack...with Turbo-Charged Workouts!

Greetings,

Tonight's itty-bitty workout was a mere 12 minutes long: taken right from the pages of a staple workout of mine.  I did the Tabata interval workout, which consists of 4 minutes easy workout pace, 4 minutes of 20s work, 10s rest x 8 times, with 4 minutes easy workout pace/recovery.

Seriously, tonight's workout was so quick, that as I pondered about my workout tonight through a Facebook update, I came back and saw someone responded to my update.  I then wrote back to her that I just finished my workout in that time frame....

Yes, you can get workouts done that quickly.

Not every workout has to last forever & ever, or feel like it will never end.

Sometimes you just have to attack your workouts hard, fast, & to the point.

Give it a purpose.

Give it a time frame, and set objectives to GET IT DONE.

That's why I'm pleased to announce my latest Online Coaching Service, one that utilizes Twitter, a private web community for those on the service, and yours truly!

Remember all those little "stay twuned" quips I have been adding lately in my blog posts?

Well, it all relates to Twitter, the fastest growing blogging tool on the internet!

What I have discovered is the simple, easy-to-update access of Twitter has a function and a correlation with High Intensity Interval Workouts:

Both offer a quick, fast response.

Both offer a quick, fast objective.

With Twitter, you simply answer the question "What are you doing?" in 140 characters or less.  You can update all your friends on what you're up to with a short sentence or two.

The way I see Twitter being used as a tool within an online coaching service is that short, brief instructions could be sent to clients on how to do a short, brief interval training workout.  Workouts could be done on a track, hence the "twack" reference in my name of the service:

http://TwackAttack.com !

Simply go to the site to view how TwackAttack can help you out in your quest to obtain better fitness through interval training workouts.  Even if you don't have access to a track, TwackAttack is designed for other applications, too. The most important tool of the service isn't really using Twitter alone, but using the Private Online Community to help you out further!

Once you join http://TwackAttack.com, you will be connected with me, your Online Coach, and be given instructions on how to use TwackAttack to its fullest.  You'll learn how to use Twitter and how its used in the service for your benefit, as well as learning how to connect with others with the Private Community of TwackAttacker's at the "TwackAttack Club" site.

Tired of trying to figure out what to do all the time?

Let TwackAttack solve most of that for you!

TwackAttack sends you direct messages via Twitter to tell you HOW long to workout, WHAT do to within that workout, and WHEN to do it (sent out 3x/week).

TwackAttack then helps you out further through the TwackAttack Club site, where you can post your own blogs, photo's, discuss things in forums, its basically a network community for TwackAttacker's only!

So, what are you waiting for? Attack it!
