"The Big 1" is here!

Today's the day for "The Big 1"!
People from New York to even Australia have signed up for this free, online virtual race! Whether its indoors or outdoors, today people will test themselves and see where their fitness levels are currently at. The mile is a wonderful & quick way to test one's aerobic fitness levels, many trainers use it with their clients, coaches use it with their athletes, and people on their own can use it through events such as this to see where their efforts are going.
I mean, why run endlessly without any aim, right? The Mile gives you a goal to shoot for, once you know where you are currently at. It also opens your eyes up to see what you are possibly capable of!
