Radio Interview, & 5 Weeks 2 Go!

Greetings, Fellow Nation'ers...

The Kidz-N-Sports Internet Radio show on http://AdrenalineRadio.com will be having an interview with me today, from 3pm-4pm Pacific Time. For me in the Central zone, that's 5pm to 6pm.  The full show will be available as a Podcast, too, so I'll look at putting up the link for that as soon as it comes out.

Also, you only have 5 weeks left before "The Big 1" !!!  5 weeks is still plenty of time to get in some quality training for the 1 mile distance.  If you need some help, just go to the 1MileNation.com free guide on "The 3-2-1 Approach To Running a Faster Mile", found at http://asapworkouts.com/321.pdf

Get a team together of your 3 closest training friends and train together for it!  Remember, you MUST REGISTER in order to be elgible for the prizes!

I have a feeling most people are reading this and just thinking that they can send in the results on race day by email.

So, if you are thinking that, I kindly ask you to register via email for the race.  There are no fees involved, just an email to send with your name, age, m/f, your city, and whether it's going to be run indoors or outdoors.  That's it! So, please send that info to Rick@ASAPWorkouts.com, and do it ASAP, please!

Things are really propelling forward for "The Nation" in the future...I'm currently working on a very unique project that will really make an impact for trainers & coaches nationwide.  It is in the developing stages and is actually being reviewed by a professional in the field, to help me hone & sharpen this project even more.

We are still dealing with a bunch of snow up here in ND, so I'm hoping this week's weather in the low to mid-40's will start punching through & at least melting off the track at the football field soon!  Running on the road is fine, but I am really missing the track right now!

Run Strong, Run Fast....
Run So As To Win!
