New Ezine For ASAP Athletes

I'm sort of doing a multi-post here for those of you who are part of the 1-Mile Nation, and those who follow me with ASAPWorkouts.com.  I found a new ezine creator site, so I'm launching it today, with the main focus of telling you how the Deadlift exercise is probably THE most important strength exercise to do for not only running faster, but being a stronger athlete overall.

There's also a video link to the Poewr & Control for Sports video there, as well as some snippets of info on why the 1-Mile distance rules when it comes to running for fitness improvement, and why you need to "HIIT It Hard" when it comes to training as an athlete.
